Outlet store associates work as a team to provide superior customer service to all guests who enter the store.

What You'll Do

• Multitasking in a high-volume retail store.

• Mastery of all zones: Fitting room, Register, Greeter, Floater.

• Effectively communicate with store management.

• Maintain visual standards.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships (Our customers come first!).

• Recognizing and responding to customer's needs with enthusiasm.

• Excel in operational standards set forth by management (assist with fitting rooms, help on the floor, act as a cashier, assist in go-backs, provide product and brand knowledge to customers, process new merchandise).

• Maintenance of store image; ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and ready for business.

What You'll Need

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.

• Ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift and move objects of at least 25 pounds.

• Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, and walking.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• High energy, innate retail personality.

Our job postings include an annual base salary range for the role. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include an annual bonus and other benefit programs.
