For example if you are hired as a Line Cook, next step would be Crew Captain (shift lead), then a Kitchen Supervisor, after that Kitchen Manager.
This could also go into a Head Chef or Executive Chef position. #7 Discounts when you come in off the clock to eat and also discounts in our gift shop!
What are we looking for in a Line Cook? Glad you asked, let me tell you! -Team player! You must play nice with others and enjoy having fun while working.
Standards! You must be able to execute LuLu’s standards on all food specifications. -Passion and Quality is important. You need to be able to portion, prepare and cook food items in a timely fashion while maintaining the LuLu’s way! -Food Safety! Understanding the importance of food safety is duh, important.
We will teach you and then teach you and then re teach you the importance of this. -Communication! Be able to effectively and nicely communicate to your co-workers and management team.
Experience! Not 100% necessary for this role. We love to teach if you are willing to learn.
