Then this job is for you! We are currently looking for an experienced restaurant Supervisor to join our Destin, FL location.
Now you may be wondering what is the difference between a supervisor and a manager? I would love to tell you!
A Supervisor is under the supervision of managers and act as a supporting role running the shifts with the Managers on duty.
A Manager is present on the floor during shifts also assisting guests and helping where needed but, they are in charge of the ordering, inventory, schedules, employee relations, etc.
Basically, to sum it up managers have more responsibility than supervisors.
