Technical Analyst - RF Focus:

You have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, the SIGINT Export Issues and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities. You enjoy engaging with your teammates and have strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels, both those that work with you and those you serve. Location: :Annapolis Junction, MD
The Technical Analyst will be responsible for the following duties::

• Perform Mission Management activities

• Develop collection-tasking strategies

• Capture Target Office of Primary Interest (TOPIs) requirements and promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments

• Research and resolve operational issues during upgrades/installation of new systems and addition of new capabilities

• Provide technical recommendations to meet collection-tasking strategies

• Provide technical recommendations for the development of training

• Participate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Analysis and Production

• Capture and document knowledge and lessons learned in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft

• Provide expertise in the acquisition cycle to support integration of SIGINT systems for USCS customers

• Perform technical analysis of processes supporting program management, technical planning, system design, integration, verification and validation, cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness as they apply to fielding new systems

• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirement allocation, and interface definition studies to translate requirements into system specifications and cost estimates

• Perform technical analysis of prototyping activities

Requirements::

• Minimum of 14 years SIGINT experience as a signals analyst acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required for consideration
