Program Manager - PRIME Contract: LufCo is hiring a Program Manager (PM) who is interested in both running an efficient program and being a part of generating technical solutions for the customer. This individual needs to genuinely care about engaging with team members on a personal level and know how to adapt communication style to the individual they are engaging with. To be successful, the PM must be detail oriented, consider rapid follow up paramount to success, and be able to clearly articulate thorough explanations. The PM must speak plainly (but respectfully) about challenges, our capabilities, plans to address gaps, and be willing to be the squeaky wheel to get something moving/done. LufCo’s PMs are motivated by delivering quality work to the customer and seeing that rewarded through organic contract growth (also demonstrated through generous compensation) and overall team energy and satisfaction in their work. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD The Program Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinating with the contracts organizations program office to enable timely problem resolution
Properly aligning staffing requirements
Manage the program risk through a structured, proactive, risk identification, assessment, analysis, and mitigation process to identify and track risks through all stages of program activity
Facilitating product reporting in line with Agile delivery methods
Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to develop product and sprint plans and report in line with Agile Scrum delivery approaches
Requirements:
A TS/SCI Poly level Clearance is required
B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related Engineering or Management discipline
Fifteen (15) years of experience in program management with at least five (5) years supporting a technical program
Experience supporting MPO projects and systems
PMP or DAWIA Level 3 certification
