LufCo is Hiring a Lead Training Support - Electronic Warfare Near Aberdeen, MD
Lead Training Support: LufCo is hiring a Lead Training Support professional to be primarily responsible for instructing and training teammates in programs to include computer engineering, electronic warfare, military education, and military training programs. Location: :Aberdeen, MD The Lead Training Support will be responsible for the following duties: :
Responsible for supervising and administering training programs
Develop and review training courses and materials, aids, devices, etc.
Maintain lesson plans, trainee guides, job aids, and assessment materials based on system upgrades and changes.
Facilitate in person, hybrid, and web-based interactive multimedia instruction and computer-based training
Develop and review Software User Manual (SUM) in support of updates
Evaluate staff performance gaps and provide ad hoc training as necessary
Assist with operational system fault detection/fault isolation and coordinate corrective action with local and distance support assistance
Coordinate with system engineers, integration engineers, subject matter experts, and technical writers to ensure training reflects current system upgrades and changes
Provide feedback on technical documentation, training products, and job aids during documentation reviews, product reviews, and working groups
Requirements::
A Secret level Clearance is required
B.S. degree in Computer Science or other related field is required
Five (5) years of Experience in software engineering
Two (2) years of Experience with Facilitation, Instruction, and/or Training
Experience with Agile development
Preferred Qualifications:
Former experience training U.S. military preferred
Completion of military instructor training and qualified Master Training Specialist (MTS)
