Luecke’s Roofing is Hiring a Client Representative Near Osage, MO

About Luecke’s Roofing:

Since our establishment in 1999, Luecke's Roofing has provided comprehensive roofing services to thousands of satisfied commercial and residential customers throughout the Jefferson City area. Our experienced contractors provide exceptional service in the areas of residential re-roofs, commercial roofs, and standing seam. We've earned our reputation thanks to the dependable work and friendly service that our experienced staff provides during each project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform roof inspections on aging and storm affected roofs.
  • Educate customers about our products and services.
  • Create beneficial customer relationships while generating new leads to increase revenue.
  • Managing the sales process and setting proper expectations for the restoration process, including collecting insurance deductibles and overseeing the building phase.
  • Check in with previous clients to ensure work was completed to satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Able to generate own leads via networking, door to door canvassing, social media outreach, etc..
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Must be "coachable" and comfortable with constructive criticism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
  • Comfortable with door knocking in various neighborhoods.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and get on roofs of all shapes and sizes.
  • Elite organizational skills.

**Our office is located in Jefferson City, MO. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,899.52 - $98,051.04 per year
