THE TEAM

Lucy's #7 combines neighborhood traditions with a fun and inviting atmosphere while providing exceptional service. We offer Wisconsin delicacies like cheese curds and craft beer, and one-of-kind stuffed burgers for a true taste of the Midwest.

THE PLAYER

You will serve customers with the consistency and quality food that they expect from our establishment. You will also work as a team to create a memorable dining experience for all of our members and their guests.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
• Timing is everything; work on timing to get every ticket out in an appropriate amount of time
• When your station is ready for service, see who else may need help with prepping and getting ready
• Keep your work station clean and stocked
• Practice safe knife handling; if training is needed, see the Chef
• Assist in putting away deliveries when help is needed
• Always look for ways to be productive when there is time to spare
• Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings

Requirements

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT LUCY'S #7 BURGER BAR IF

• You have basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting and strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• You are at least 16 years of age

YOU ARE A VARSITY TEAM PLAYER IF

• You have at least one year of kitchen experience

Protective Clothing Required: Non-slip shoes

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
