Our Store Associates are the backbone of our operation and can positively affect thousands of people’s lives daily. The Store Associate is responsible for greeting guests, ringing up merchandise, stocking shelves, store cleanliness on shift, packaging bait, filling cooler, food/beverage preparation, accepting payments, making change, spill response & notification of store management, minor repair & maintenance.

Work Environment
This job operates in a retail business environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cash registers, and handheld devices.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time or part-time position. Days and hours of work vary by schedule. Evening and weekend work may be required as schedule demands.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Inside sales experience.
2. Keyholder or equivalent in a retail setting.
3. Deli/food preparation experience.
