Lucky Seven General Stores is looking for an energetic, adaptable, outgoing and positive person to make a difference for the guests and communities we serve. Our Food Service Specialists fill an important role in providing tasty, quality & safely prepared food for our guests. The Food Service Specialist is responsible for preparing both hot and cold grab and go food according to recipe specifications, maintaining a clean and safe food prep environment, generating ideas to increase sales, and assisting in front of house presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and display food and beverages for customers
- In charge of food preparation and cooking as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food service area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored according to safety guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or catering role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
