Lucid Motors is building our Global Retail Operations team in Newark, CA (SF Bay Area). We are currently seeking a Merchandise Product Coordinator to join our collaborative team to coordinate merchandise product needs across the various Lucid departments and teams.

The Merchandise Product Coordinator will support the Retail Operations team as they provide merchandise, gifting, and promotional product solutions for internal and marketing events. This role will collaborate extensively with many cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**The Role:**

* Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying levels of urgency, strategy, and volume needs

* Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, Lucid Brand team, and vendors on deliverables, deadlines, and costs

* Meticulously record and track project details and actions to ensure deadlines and budgets are met

* Be knowledgeable in the branded apparel and promotional products space and be ready to contribute suggestions and creative ideas

* Understand basic branding strategy and be ready to become a subject expert on the Lucid Brand position

* Proactively troubleshoot problems to deliver results

* Take a holistic view of projects looking for efficiencies across the organizations needs to improve costing and quality

* Look for solutions to streamline cross-departmental needs

* Support distribution of product from internal inventory to various departments across multiple sites

* Support Retail Operations team with other duties as needed

* This is an in-office role and sits in Newark, CA

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field

* 2-4 years previous branded merchandise experience, promotional products, or corporate gifting

* Track record of success in developing relationships with cross-functional teams both internal and external

* Must be highly organized and have strong attention to detail

* Positive/go-getter, team player, who can also work independently, with the ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment

* Skilled at working with multiple internal and external cross-functional partners

* Comfortable working with and analyzing data, strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus

* Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent

* Start-up experience working in complex operational environments is a plus

* Some travel is required.
