Lucid Motors is Hiring a Program Manager, Internal Sales Content Near Newark, CA

As the Program Manager, Internal Sales Content, you will support knowledge base management, content curation, and internal content development to drive sales programs and communications for our rapidly growing sales department. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our internal content is clear, concise, and up to date, take ownership for our sales knowledge management platform, and create new content as required for overarching departmental priorities. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and help support the strong Learning & Development culture within the Sales Department. In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to think big and focus on scalable processes and solutions that not only drive results today but support a long-term focus on surprising and delighting customers.The Role

  • Develop and manage from end-to-end a knowledge management system and content output calendar. 
  • Adapt, write, and edit content to develop a thorough knowledge base and content catalog.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure cross-departmental content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Own and report key metrics to measure content performance. 
  • Ensure that all content and communications are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for clarity and user experience. 
  • Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for rapid content creation.
  • Interact and work closely with Senior Leadership to determine specific messaging needs to align communication goals with the overall Sales Department objectives. 
  • Assist with departmental priorities and Internal Communications projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales content development, knowledge base management, and communications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Knowledge Management platforms (Confluence, Unily, Sharepoint), and visualization software (Adobe, Figma, Lucidchart)
  • Experience leading projects with numerous cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience administering a Content Management System / Knowledge Base.
  • Experience using analytics to determine content management effectiveness. 
  • Exceptional written skills and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter, and transfer this expertise in a digestible way. 
  • High-level of ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and an ability to create structure in an ever-changing environment.
