We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Strategy & Business Development team and perform analysis work that will be key to making decisions as we build out Lucid’s future global strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive and/or mobility industry and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently. 

Role/Responsibilities:

• Dig in deep to research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data points, including but not limited to economic trends, general market movements, and competitor landscape & actions
• Build relationship with stakeholders in various functions – Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to gather internal inputs
• Present synthesized summary of your work and your recommendation to VP, Strategy & BizDev and other senior leaders of the company

• Field(s) of study: Seeking a degree in Economics, Finance or related field
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university
• Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD) 
• Creative problem solver with aptitude for both qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with Powerpoint, Excel and other additional data analytics tool(s)

The hourly range for internships specific to the location is $28/hr-$68/hr and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account: degree level and job-specific domain. You may be eligible for additional compensation as well as access to our medical, dental, and vision programs.
