Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales targets and increase profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to drive performance improvement.

- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance and maximize sales potential.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

- Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

- Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and products is a plus.
