Position Overview:
Epika Fleet Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the transportation and/or transmodal industry. Previous experience with Paylocity, iCIMS, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred. This hybrid position will be based in the greater Nashville area, offering a unique blend of remote and in-office work.
What You Will Do:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze company hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
• Manage the screening process, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Recruit for various brands within Epika Fleet Solutions, across different locations and states, while adhering to company branding guidelines.
• Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience recruiting within the transportation or transmodal industry is highly desired.
