A high school diploma is required. We provide 40 hours of training to gain your Registered Behavior Technician certification. Additionally, we offer continued education and cover all initial testing costs and certifications. We are looking for a therapist with patience and perseverance who loves working with children with Autism and other developmental disorders.

We work with clients aged 2-22. In-Home services are also available for individuals with a flexible schedule. Must be able to pass an extensive background check.

We maintain normal operating hours of:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM during the school year (Mid August - Late May)
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM in the Summer (Late May - Mid August)

All candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Pay rate starts at $14 per hour plus experience. Once RBT Certificate is obtained, a pay raise of $1 per hour is awarded.
