We are a family-owned, local, and the first Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy clinic in Lubbock. We are currently looking for additional Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team! We provide clinic-based, comprehensive programming, and we strive to provide the highest quality services possible by keeping the BCBA caseload low.

Each BCBA performs programming, staff training, and supervision duties including but not limited to the following:

• Assessment of client skills using the ABLLS or VBMAPP
• Develops treatment plans which include skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction programs, and parent/family training programs
• Collaborates with other professional service providers
• Analyzes client data and progress reports regularly and makes necessary modifications
• Provides staff training using the behavioral skills training model
• Supervises and evaluates therapists and provides training as needed
• Participates in weekly clinical staff meetings
• Conducts parent training
• Maintains patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified with at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism and developmental disabilities preferred
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• **Prefer at least 2 years experience

Benefits:

• Base Salary of $43,000-$55,000
• Biweekly incentives - incentive opportunities can accumulate to up to an additional $20,000 annually on top of base salary
