Position title: Creator Growth Intern

*6 month contract opportunity 

About the role

The Creator Growth Intern is responsible for working closely with the Creator Growth Manager and Strategist to execute operational tasks to help educate new LTK Creators and increase their success.

How you will make an impact

• Work closely with Creator Growth team to help with operational tasks including Creator communications, deck creation, ticket management, and content planning.
• Coach new Creators to reach key milestones
• Communicate with internal team members on tasks and deliverables
• Communicate with new Creators on basic troubleshooting and strategy questions

What you will bring to LTK

• Proactively looking to help solve business needs to make the team more efficient.
• General knowledge of LTK and the Creator industry.
• Operates with a deep, empathetic understanding of our creator customer.
• Natural self-starter, excited to manage and continue building world-class scalable operations at a high-growth company.
• Strong empathy for customers; employs a customer approach at all times.
• Strong time management skills with ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
• Bachelor’s Degree. Preference for in business, marketing or communications.
• Business experience in marketing, customer service, or communications.
• Acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast.
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and presentation skills.
