LSL Property Services plc is Hiring a Sales and Lettings Negotiator Near Bedford, IN
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a Negotiator You Will
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
- 3 months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
