Mid-Size Law firm representing the Plaintiff in Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury, is in search of an Attorney to work in Medical Malpractice. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in Medical Malpractice law (plaintiff or defense exp.).
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Nevada
Minimum of 2 years of Experience in Litigation
Knowledge of how a Medical Malpractice lawsuit works
Heavy experience with the discovery process
Courtroom experience
Excellent people skills, writing skills and research skills
