· Degree in Landscape Design, horticulture or related field;
· Sales experience and track record in premium residential/estate markets
· Design and construction skills (e.g., AutoCAD), proficiency with Aspire or CRM equivalent

As the company sales and installation project associate, you will be accountable to grow the project pipeline, and part of project management to client sign-off:
· Lead affluent homeowner relationships from consultation to walkthrough, closing contracts while protecting margins, design intent, and client satisfaction
· Estate-level design and execution—hardscape, water features, planting, lighting, grading, drainage—oversee schedules and standards of craftsmanship, safety, and constructibility
· Refining systems and processes in estimating, job costing, and KPI’s utilizing Aspire
