In this role we are looking for the ideal candidate who will ensure the timely and accurate recording of receipt of goods and payments of outgoing invoices to suppliers, venders, and other entities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED, vocational school or associate degree in business management or accounting. 2yrs of accounts payable or similar experience in related capacity.

• Ensure accuracy on checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes

• Monitor and classifies, records, and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile financial records, using journals and ledgers
• Develop and accesses computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts

Wage Range: $22.00
Hours: 1st shift Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
