The Operations Manager (OM) is primarily responsible for supervising a high performing team responsible for handling product safely, efficiently, and effectively as it moves through the facility. The OM monitors production volume and responds quickly to changing workflow conditions. This leader contributes positively to the facility’s key performance indicators while also mentoring and building a culture of safety among Associates to achieve a safe working environment.
