The Opportunity
Ally Financial is seeking a Fixed Operations Specialist to join Ally’s Fixed Ops team. In this dealer facing role, you will be responsible for managing the profitability of the vehicle service contract business within a geographic territory of assigned dealers. You will be reporting to a Regional Fixed Operations Manager under intermittent supervision applying previous experience to moderately complex tasks.
This position may involve limited travel depending on territory (CT) and assigned dealer needs.
The chosen candidate will have to reside in or be willing to relocate to the territory (CT)
The Work Itself
The Skills You Bring
HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred * 4 years of Automotive industry experience required; prior dealer experience a plus * Possess analytical abilities to breakdown claim information into trends * Prior Ally systems experience preferred * Ally product knowledge preferred * Above average computer and technical skills * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Proficiency in Power BI preferred

Experienced: 67500
Expert: 80000
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
