Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center is Hiring a DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN (Per Diem) Near New York, NY

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs a variety of patient care activities and related non-professional duties necessary in caring for the dialysis patient.

Some of the job duties consists of:

  • Prepares equipment needed for treatment of dialysis patients
  • Obtains weights and vital signs on patients in order to assist the RN with assessment
  • Monitors patient progress and performs intra-dialytic care.
  • Discontinues treatment and performs post-dialytic care
  • Contributes to a positive work environment
  • Maintains a safe environment for patients and staff
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the code arrest procedure

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
