Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, based in coastal Wilmington, NC, is an award-winning, mission-driven nonprofit community-based hospice and palliative care provider with an outstanding 40 plus year history of caring for individuals and families in southeastern North Carolina, and northeastern South Carolina. The agency provides superior full spectrum care to over 1,000 patients a day in private residencies, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and our own three inpatient hospice care centers. We also offer programs specializing in grief care, community education and outreach, memory care and support, veteran care, and more.
