Lowcountry Watersports & Hilton Head Vibes are hiring for full time & part time Reservations Agents & Retail Store personnel!

As the Reservations Agent, your duties will include

• Managing a high flow of customers efficiently & effectively
• Interacting with customers via phone, in person, text or email
• Answering high volume of phone calls
• Stocking & tracking inventory
• Implementing new processes

As the Reservations Agent, you are a representation of the company and our attitude towards the customer. Having an outgoing personality and a positive attitude is a must! Being dependable and having a flexible schedule is important. The Reservations Agent must be able to function as part of a team, be able to multitask, and work at a fast pace.

Must pass a background check.

Part time and full time positions are available with flexible hours. Hours are available late through the end of fall (and possibly year round). Pay is hourly fun perks & water activities included! Also, there is room for growth within this position including promotion to Office Manager.

This role is in combination with our on premises Tee Shirts Store called Hilton Head Vibes, hours will be split between the two locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
