Love etc. is a boutique style adult novelty and lingerie store. We are a female friendly, couple oriented establishment. We pride ourselves on our personable customer service and product knowledge. We offer our employees health insurance, paid sick time, matching 401k and monthly bonuses.
We are now interviewing for a store manager position.
Successful candidates will have at least two years of retail management experience.
Retail store manger job duties-
- completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- drives store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
- completes managerial duties such as inventories, daily and weekly reports on time.
- ability to achieve and grow company sales goals.
- maintain store appearance with company standards and merchandising.
Pay will be determined by level of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,759.30 - $50,290.77 per year
