We are now interviewing for a store manager position.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of retail management experience and possess the following skills and qualifications-

• management proficiency

Retail store manger job duties-

• completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
• drives store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• completes managerial duties such as inventories, daily and weekly reports on time.
• ability to achieve and grow company sales goals.
• maintain store appearance with company standards and merchandising.

Pay will be determined by level of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
