Loup - Soup With A Local Twist in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for shift leaders to join our team. We are located at 7505 Harwood Avenue. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, self-motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Ability to complete tasks and work shifts at all work stations (food prep, register, soup bar, sandwich preparation)
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and support as needed
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
- Ability to stand throughout shifts and to lift 20-30 lbs to perform work tasks
Weekday and periodic weekend availability is needed. Qualified candidates will have opportunities for growth and development within our growing company!
