Work within the regional sales team(s) in the execution of strategic goals requiring new construction installer accounts; Grow and leverage a base of key installer accounts that strengthen the sales process, achieve sales and marketing strategies, and budgeted revenue; Engage and interact with Field Sales, Marketing, and G&I to win Installer, Builder and Contractor Accounts through the value of our products and construction technologies in multiple market segments.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Demonstrated competence in building envelop construction and building sciences.
Knowledge of building codes and the organizations that govern them.

Adequate combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in construction, building science, or building products industry.
Experience in wood composites industry is desirable.
Or any equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
Home office with frequent overnight travel required to meet with builders, contractors, channel partners, and other customers.
