Customer Service Associate (Commute Required)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Support the sales team in meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Negotiation skills: Strong ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
- Sales acumen: Understanding of sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Market analysis: Ability to be trained on how to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
