$2500 SIGN ON BONUS /RELOCATION FEES

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sales presentations to both prospective clients and current owners, showcasing the unique features and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and current owners to generate sales and drive business growth.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries during resort tours and the purchasing process.
• Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay informed about industry developments and enhance sales skills.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales role preferred.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality presentations.
• Must possess a prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Nevada real estate or timeshare license preferred (Company assistance provided).
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
