Job description

Data Specialist – Dallas, TX

Lotte Global Logistics (North America) Inc.

We seek a highly motivated and analytical Data Specialist to join the Innovation Team. You will be collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize our logistics operations and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, experience with relevant software and tools, and a passion for driving efficiency and improvement.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.

Specific Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Visio is a plus)

Must be ethical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and set daily and long-term goals.

Essential Job Functions:

Communicate with multiple logistics teams to schedule/monitor/track freight deliveries
Input and update In/Outbound data
Analyze vendor inventory data
Create high-level reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Analyze multiple vendor warehouses' performance level
Build and centralize data pool
Build a strong relationship with the customer
Resolve issues and update data accordingly
Provide accurate issue status and solution to the customer
Participate in innovation projects and support
Monitor daily data uploaded by each management site
