Assistant Manager for Family Entertainment Center
Upscale Family Entertainment Center in Livermore, California is looking for the right Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in managing a fast-paced, fun environment, vibrant and energetic company, providing excellent experiences for all of our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the General Manager with their daily tasks:
Acting on behalf of the Floor Manager, supervising the employees
Covering for the General Manager when they are occupied
-Cover for other employees: (Cafe, POS, Rock Wall, Laser Tag, Play Structure)
- On call for company emergencies
-Answer customer questions, complaints and help protect the reputation of the company.
-Maintain strong relationships with our loyal customers
-Open the facility, as well as closing it, ensuring all procedures are followed.
-Keep the facility clean and well-maintained.
-Proper handling of company funds
-Help with transactions and closing out parties
-Step in as Party Coordinator, or Party Host when required
-Kitchen experience
-Help with additional tasks as they arise.
Experience:
*Prior restaurant, management or leadership experience
*Possess exceptional customer service and rapport building skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Hands-on leadership skills
* Ability to drive and motivate the team
* Possess a can-do attitude
* High energy and a passion for the job
* Note: A thorough background check will be performed
Education:
* High School diploma
Salary and Benefits:
$18.00 to $20.00 an hour, with extra earnings if acting as a party host.
