Overview
Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.
We are looking for PT & PRN 3pm-7pm
Full Time Benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide daily floor care services
- Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
- Gather and take out garbage
- Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
- Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
- Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
- Trash collection
Qualifications
- Part Time & PRN Hours
- Schedule: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
