Lorien at Home seeks a Delegating Nurse to join their team. We have clients in Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard County. This is an opportunity to utilize your clinical skillset while working one-to-one with our clients. This position also has direct supervision over a team of private duty caregivers.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Review Caregiver notes at least 1x a week
• Employee performance review monthly and discipline as needed
• Employee Health - Review Immunization Record for PPD, draw titers for MMR, Varicella (as needed), TDAP & Q-Gold as needed for new hires
• New Hire Orientation - Clinical
• Follow Up with caregivers after 30 days
• On-site caregiver reviews
• Answer 855# 7a-3p daily

Client Assessments

• Assessments and Re-assessments
• 90 day care plan reviews with clients
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
• 24/48 hour pop calls

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Own transportation and clear MVR
• Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily
• Hybrid Schedule - Main office located in Timonium, MD
• MOD On call only - schedule split between all FT staff members
