Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other related field plus three (3) year’s relevant experience, or Associates Degree in Social Work or other related field plus five (5) year’s relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Previous experience in private or public sector Property Management helpful.
Must possess and maintain valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable by LMHA’s vehicle insurance carrier; if current driver’s license is not from Ohio, must obtain Ohio’s driver’s license within 14 days of employment. Preferred or helpful training/certifications: Multifamily Housing Training in HUD Handbook 4350.3; Customer Service training; and knowledge of Ohio Tenant/Landlord Law helpful. Must obtain PH/HCVP eligibility, income, and rent calculation certification from a qualified training provider within 12 months of hire into the position. Family Self Sufficiency certification is required within 18 months of hire. Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodations certification is required within 12 months of hire. Service Coordinator certification required within 12 months of hire. Must be able to attend conferences and training, traveling overnight when necessary.
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination is required.
