Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Equity Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, with advanced financial modeling skills and a strong foundation in investment judgement. Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities within the industrial and services sectors.
• Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and financial review.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Investment Analysis: Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in the management and monitoring of portfolio companies, including strategic planning and performance tracking.
• Transaction Execution: Support the execution of investment transactions, including negotiations, documentation, and closing processes.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong investment judgement with the ability to evaluate and synthesize complex information.
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
