Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing housekeeping staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting the entire Team wherever necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry IS A MUST. Experience with Luxury Leisure Travelers a bonus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
• Experience with financial management and report generation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong phone skills and experience working with luxury clientele a plus

Schedule

• M/Th/F/Sa/Su 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with OT as needed and weekends/swaps with colleagues as arises

Compensation

• Hourly position: $17-$19/hr. starting, weekend hourly differential, with $3/hr. additional on average in tips per pay period
• Monthly bonuses based on individual performance, additionally on business performance
• Annual/Year-end bonuses based on individual performance and in concert with business performance
• Annual bonuses on anniversary
