GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Bridge Health is seeking a licensed professional to oversee the community-based programs. This manager provides
supervision to Peer Supports, Supported Employment, Adult Community Based, and Housing programs at our Recovery
Services site. This manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to both agency and outside regulations, policies, and
procedures. Leads staff meetings and provides staff oversight during crisis situations. Oversees the planning, development,
scheduling, and implementation of health care programs and activities. Participates in state and agency trainings as
needed/required. Must have strong written and oral skills, possess management skills, and have a good knowledge of computer
systems, program budgets, and be able to work a flexible schedule. Primary work schedule is 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru
Friday with occasional evening hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the
Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists OR Licensed
Eligible in the State of Georgia. At least two years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications: Very good computer skills ability to work in a fast-paced environment
