GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Bridge Health is seeking an individual to join our Outpatient Clinic Nursing Team as an LPN. Individual will be responsible for
completing Nursing Assessments, clinic nursing services, facilitating communication between individuals served, providers, staff,
and outside stakeholders such as pharmacies. Primary work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

LPN in good standing with current license to practice in Georgia and at least 21 years of age and three years of good
driving history.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Behavioral Healthcare field
