to view more details about this job.Comstock is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our luxury, high-rise apartments in Reston, VA. The Leasing Consultant provides full leasing and administrative support for the community.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet all customers, explaining benefits of the communityManage leasing process from lead generation to actual occupancy of each unit and customer service communications with tenants throughout their lease termPrepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reportsMarket the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social mediaMarket community within neighborhoodCoordinate promotions to increase traffic, tenants and maintain high occupancyManage social media platforms for the communityPerform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing processPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree required/preferred in business or business-related field1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management requiredMust be able to work during office hours of Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm . The office schedule is subject to change due to business needs. Must be able to work most weekends (2 days off during the week)Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to closeYardi experience a plus but not necessaryProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelMust be customer-focused and results-orientedMust want to continuously learn and developExceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills.Ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with othersAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environmentSelf-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervisionAbout Comstock CompaniesComstock Holding Companies®, Inc.
