Longview Management is looking to add a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to our team to assist with various projects at our shopping centers. Employment period will run mid-June through mid-August 2024. This position will work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning trade skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in making minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
• Assist in performing general maintenance on sanitary and mechanical systems of buildings
• Complete various painting projects at the shopping centers and manufactured housing communities
• Perform minor curb/concrete repairs and parking lot asphalt repairs
• Power wash sidewalks and buildings
• Travel to suppliers to pick up supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Punctual, hard-working, reliable
• Able to lift 60 lbs
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Available 3 days a week (typically Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday but can be flexible and days may change based on weather). 8 hours per day (typically 7am-4pm but flexible and weather dependent).
