As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing clients’ contracts, including but not limited to, preparing quotations for clients, managing purchase orders for vendors, contacting clients for renewal contracts, answering clients' questions, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotations for clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

- Generate and process purchase orders for vendors, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Contact clients to discuss renewal contracts, negotiate terms, and facilitate the renewal process.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.

- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- knowledge of Siemens Software product is an asset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Power BI and Power Apps is an asset.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices is preferred.

- Availability to work on-site at our Michigan location.
