Duties:
- Set claim with Insurance Company for Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims
- Communicate with client on Car Rental, Car Repair, Towing and status of Property Damage Claim
- Input initial case information into database including the parties, insurance, medical providers and witnesses.
- Identify medical providers, order medical records and verify the accuracy of medical records and billing totals
- General daily receptionist duties
- Team approach to cases and communication with co-workers
- Effective communications with clients, and third parties including proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a paralegal or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation
- Proficient in using document management systems and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
