We are seeking a talented attorney for the following position… Essential Job Responsibilities:GeneralPerform legal work ranging from routine to difficultEffectively partners with more experienced attorneys on complex/significant mattersBusiness unit partner / go-to colleagueProvide tactical/executional and strategic support to the businessesMentor and counsel less experienced colleagues Contract Drafting and NegotiationIndependently prepares, edits, and negotiates agreementsManage template contract process with business partnersSupport more experienced attorneys with complex contracts OtherPartner with more experienced attorneys on complex/significant mattersProvide advice on regulatory, compliance, privacy, litigation, or other legal mattersAssist with litigationRespond to regulatory inquiriesSupervise/facilitate diligence or integration in M&A Requirements and Preferences:Law degree1-2 years legal experienceStrong critical thinking skills and attention to detailExcellent presentation and communications skillsDemonstrates strong performance in legal writingAbility to handle multiple projects and a demanding workload, while meeting tight deadlinesProficient at legal researchProficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work effectively independently and with a team
