Bear Mountain Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing facility in Hanover, NH.

This position reports to the Facility Administrator. As the Director of Nursing, you'll be responsible for the clinical oversight, planning, quality, and support of nursing services within the organization. You'll ensure all Department of Health regulations are adhered to and will comply with all state and federal guidelines required.

Requirements:

• RN License in the state required. – BSN preferred
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a long-term care facility, including geriatric nursing preferred.
• Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
• Training in rehabilitation and restorative nursing care.
• Ability to incorporate all aspects of nursing in total resident care plan.
• Ability to organize, plan and supervise the nursing service departments.
• Must be fully vaccinated
