We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for a long-term care nursing and rehabilitation center located in East/Central Pennsylvania.

Candidates will be responsible for assisting with the managing the overall nursing department operation, including budget control, recruitment, retention, quality of care and regulatory standard compliance. Individuals must be team players with proven leadership skills, have 3-5 years of progressive long term care experience, possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, and have a stable work history. Prior ADON experience is a preferred. We offer an excellent compensation package.
