We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and have great customer service skills! The Customer Greeter provides support and performs customer service tasks for Sales Consultants within the Sales Department. Each team member assists customers with various needs including technology training and other aspects of their purchase, helps to maintain our vehicle lots keeping them neat and clean. The Sales Support Team also helps to ensure all vehicles are clean and prices are clearly displayed. This team sets/promotes a tone of professionalism for the organization. The Sales Support Specialist must have the skills, experience, and energy to provide high-level support and customer service, which includes strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and organize in an effective manner and respond quickly to changing requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position has one or more years experience a customer service position. He or she must have strong organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills, and excellent computer. Fluent English speaking and good time-management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
